Comfrey Healing Balm Recipe

Using common comfrey (Symphytum officinale)/ for external application only.

This is a very easy recipe with few ingredients, but you could also use around 1/4 less shea butter and instead mix in vitamin E, coconut, rosehip or any oil of your choice. When the herb infused oil is at room temperature and before you pop it in the freezer, you can also add essential oils too, such as 20 drops of eucalyptus or lavender (mix through really well); this will create a lovely scent and bring soothing and calming qualities. Organic, sustainable products recommended.
